Horizon Telecom Inc (HTI) was incorporated in May 2007 as a privately held company. At the same time, HTI signed a Master Service Agreement (MSA) with Telus as a vendor.Over the years, HTI has grown to a fulltime staff of over 100 employees with wide range of experience from Management, Engineering to skilled expertise, confident and have the ability to meet Telus requirements. During this growth, HTI acquired qualified personnel and various equipment to provide services required by Telus. HTI is a full-service vendor from Internal Design Department, to all facets of OSP, Civil Construction and Quality Control .
